  • Can I login with any email address?
    No. Only email addresses on file in the church directory are accepted at login. This restriction is designed to provide security for church members. If your email changes, please call (936-756-8884) or email the church office (sharonv@fpcconroe.org).  back to top


  • What do I do if I forgot my password or need to change it?
    If you login with an email address, you can select the "forgot password" link on the login page. A message will be sent to your email address with instructions for changing/resetting your password.   back to top


  • How do I login if I do not have email?
    A church member may still login to the website secure pages using an email alternative. Instead of an email address, enter "noemail+lastname". For the password, enter "fpc+lastname". For example, member Jane Doe can login without email by entering "noemaildoe" for her email address and "fpcdoe" for her password (no quotation marks are needed).   back to top


  • What do I do if I receive an error message at login?
    If an error message occurs, click the refresh button on your browser menu. If you do not see a refresh button, press the F5 button on you PC keyboard. After the screen has refreshed, try again. If you refresh your screen and continue to get an error message, contact Donna Kattner at dkattner@gmail.com for assistance. If you have forgotten your password and have email, click the link to reset your password. After changing your password, be sure to refresh the browser screen before you login with the new password.   back to top


  • What if both spouses have emails in the directory?
    Either email can be used to login to secure pages such as the church directory, forms, or One Call Now.   back to top


  • Why are logins necessary on the church website?
    Logins are designed to provide security for member information. For example, personal information (addresses, phone numbers,photos, etc.,) is included in the church directory to be shared among members; however, the login provides a level of security to keep others on the Internet from gaining access to member info.  back to top


  • If I am logged in to my account, can I access any secure page?
    If you login to any secure page (directory, One Call, forms, etc.), you will remain logged in to all until you logout. Only one login per visit is necessary.  back to top


  • How do I logout?
    See "Logout" on the quickbar menu at the top of the webpage.  back to top


  • What do I do if nothing seems to work at login?

  • Where can I find a copy of Sunday's Connection?
    The Connection is available in PDF format under the Announcements drop-down menu on the main menu. Information from The Connection is also listed each week as announcements in the Announcement drop-down menu.  back to top


  • Where can I find information about our staff or Session members?
    Staff and Session pages are located in the "About Us" drop-down menu on the main menu. Session chairperson telephone numbers are located on a secure page in MyFPC.  back to top
